Where do you ship?

We currently ship orders within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders have a 5:00 PM Mountain Time cut-off. Processing takes 1-3 business days, transit takes 5-12 business days, and the total estimated delivery time is 6-15 business days.

What currency do you use?

Products and checkout are in USD.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused, unworn, unwashed items with tags attached and in original condition can be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers pay return shipping for standard preference-based returns. If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, ESPERANZA ELENA will handle or reimburse the approved return shipping cost.
